Whenever I take a trip within myself with the help of yoga practices, I always come out feeling more at peace in my mind and soul. 

It’s a good way to ground yourself, be in the present moment, and tune into your body. It doesn’t have to be complicated or straining, but try to do it for half an hour—your body and mind will thank you for it. 

 

Take a breath of fresh air

Even if you’re not outdoorsy, going outside for a quick walk can do wonders. 

Of course, don’t do anything you don’t feel like doing, but if you need a sign to get up, put on some comfy shoes, get your headphones, and go to your favourite place, this is it.
