Returns and Refunds policy

Of course we hope you love your products, but should you have any issues please get in touch as we are here to help!

I've changed my mind and want to return an item.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to return an item, we require you return an item within 14 calendar days from the date your received it. In order for us to issue your refund the item must be in an unused and as-new condition and please provide your proof of purchase. To return the product, please contact returns@wildefruit.co.uk and we will provide you the return address and a returns authorisation number.

How do refunds work?
As soon as we have received your item we will check it and notify you on the status of your refund. As long as the item is in the condition as above we will send your refund to your original method of payment.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
We aren't able to cover the return shipping cost and all shipping costs are non-refundable. 

What happens if I have an issue with an item?
Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item by sending us an email. We will do everything we can to rectify any issues you may have.
